Chit this would work out you could take the 6 months during the winter because anywhere you are at its nice enough to boat and I will take the 6 months of summer here sense you are always to busy with storms to boat anyways.

Don't laugh at this. I helped out a guy this summer (he was staying in our condo complex) he was a 1/4 owner in a 24' Cobalt. Boat is kept at a marina at LOTO. I don't know the specifics of his arrangement, but turns out that 2 of the other owners are from Omaha and friends of my mother. The 1/4 owner I helped out said he thought he was getting the better end of the ownership deal since the other owners rarely used the boat. He had just purchased his 1/4 ownership from someone else he knew. He was from KC, two of the owners are from Omaha, and the 4th owner is from Des Moines. He has never personally met any of the other owners. He doesn't even own a place at the lake just a 1/4 ownership in a boat. Rents a condo for a week when his family comes down and said he will make it down about 4 times during the season. Not that I'd ever do something like this, but seems to be working for these 4 people.

I knew 3 crazy sob's that went in on a condo(1 Bedroom) and a seebold boat....great entertainment during the week when they were fist fighting each other because of s'thing that happened or who was using it...amazingly they lasted 3 seasons...
