Another year has passed, tonight is the BIGGEST SHOW in the country, and guess where? NEW YORK CITY, just a short 10 minutes outside my front door. Television does not due justice for the clusterfuck that is going on in Times Square. I personally can vouch what an incredible time it is being in Times Square as I have worked THE BIG SHOW a few times, a few years back.

Tonight, quiet dinner at my favorite steak house. So when watching the ball drop, think of me, think of TBM, think of 2004, think of your loved ones and most off all never forget the heroes of 9/11! Just a few blocks form the BIG PARTY. HAPPY NEW YEAR to all!

I'll be out in the back yard watching the fireworks show sipping some Champagne and holding my wife and 5 month old daughter Megan! :party

Here's the link to my LakeCam (http://n5cwm.dynip.com/lakecam.html)..maybe some of the fireworks will show up..probably not though since it doesn't have a good low-light LUX CCD.

Happy New Year everybody!

As a new member I would also like to wish everyone a happy new year, and as an insurance agent may the police departments and highway patrol have a very slow night.:cheers

Just wait till about sundown. The dock behind my house will be packed and the parking lot full of tailgaters. It's almost 70F here today so there should be a good show!
The GarageCam will be off in a bit and the updates on the webcam will go from 2 minutes to every 30 seconds till later on.
:biggrin

Chris, if you had a good zoom, you could of seen us in the penthouse on the 21st floor of Del Lago. We were there for a suprise retirement party till 9, then headed to the Grandstand to bring in the new year. No driving though. Just had to make sure we didn't fall off the dock walking back to the houseboat to snooze. Alive and well back at home!
