i seen an ad just now on craiglist for a 1997 baja 24 outlaw that he said costed 90k new, is that true, i thought he is stating it a little high, it was on mpls mn under boats

Doubtful. Probably closer to 70k if it had a 502. But if it was loaded with options and had a 525sc it could have been close.

List then was most likely high 50's. Add in the trailer and might be close to 60's. He is fibbing just a bit.
