For starters, a 2002 36 Outlaw on NADA, basic price, is about
128K average retail. The HP500EFI's will definitely add value to the boat. With only 60 hours on it, their asking price is about right. But that is the asking price. I'd offer them something in the low 140s and see if they bite. It looks awful clean. I wonder if those images they have in the ad are of the boat when it was new....
