240 sport wanted

Hey guys I am kinda looking for a 240 sport. Late 80's I guess would be my budget since trying to keep the wife happy around the house also. Sound mechanics would be preferred over cosmetic perfection since i wouldn't mind keeping the boat a few years and doing some upgrades. I have a 89 226 thats in really nice shape for being all original(looks to have been stored inside its whole life) that I would be interested in trading if thats an option. If price is right I can deal with cash and sell mine later. So, who's got what? What have ya seen? Got a buddy who has one in their barn to sell? Thanks

The down side of that one is the Alpha drive. I'll keep my eye out, I'm allways surfin the web looking at boats.

There is a newer 24OL in the grand Rapids area. I don't know how much you want to spend though, they are looking for around 20.

If you shop around there are some smokin deals on 24 Outlaws out there. They are the same hull as the early 240 sport. I have seen some as low as $12,000. :noidea:

What are you looking to spend? Are you looking for complete? I have seen projects but how involved would you want to get? There has been one floating on and off w/wo an engine
