I just pulled the IMCO shorties I bought 3 weeks ago. They have less than 10 hours on them otherwise they are new. These are the "bare" boxes with the IMCO downshaft & downshaft bearings only, you install your Mercury propshaft and lower gears. This is an easy changeover with the right tools.
