Just got word the septic system passed. Looks like we will now be home (not condo) owners at LOTO! Closing March 27. Our new location will be Crab Tree Cove at the 26 mile marker almost directly across from Tan-Tara. We will be on the left side of the cove about 1/3 of the way in 2 well dock cream colored house. Baja Brothers feel free to stop in on weekends after March 27. Craig I guess I am closer to you guys now. Anyone want to buy a one bedroom condo at Heron Bay with an awesome view and a 26' slip?:dancinbanana

Reply Spring Harbor Hop

Spring Harbor Hop kinda kicks everything off It's scheduled for May 1st and 2nd. I'll be down for Harbor Hop and then pretty much every two weeks after that. If anybody knows of a condo for sale I'm looking. Preferably in the Grand Glaize area!

I am asking $62,500 but the lowest I will go is $58,000. It has new carpet and Hardwood floors, top floor unit with vaulted ceilings, great view. It is only one bedroom, and the condo is 430 sf. Really nice. Call me at 314-575-9615 if you have more questions.
Craig we will be on road F12.

$58,000 for a condo on the lake???? I'm in the wrong state. Average price for lake property (no home) on Tellico and Ft Loudon is around $150,000 depending on lot size. What does a home on loto go for?

I forgot to mention it comes with a 10X26' slip also. Heron Bay is real reasonable. The people there are a lot of fun, especially on holiday weekends. You can not find a nicer place to stay on the lake for that price. Real convienient location also.

Between $300000.00 to 6Million. That is more along what they do around here. The condo price freaked me out. I know that one is only one bedroom, but condos here bring a premium. A 3 bedroom condo around 1800 sqft, will bring around $350-400,000 on the river with a slip. I would love to have a spot on the river, but people moving down from the north (no offense, money goes further here, I would too) have pushed the cost of land through the roof.

The condo is at the 21 mile marker, right next to Shooters.
We paid a little over $150,000 for our house at the 26 mile marker. 2 Well dock, 1400 sf home, it was built in 1989, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, paved roads, nice roofed deck, about 30 ft from the water. 4 steps off of the deck and a short walk of 30 feet and you are walking on the ramp to the dock. We have been looking since last August, they can range from anywhere from $80,000 to 6M. Depending on size, location, dock, lake frontage, etc.

If you have enough Baja owner's over this summer at one time, that turd system might get a Real test! :biggrin
Just joking..
Congrats on the new place Big E!!

Congrats on your new place!
My wife and I started looking in Oct. of last year. We have searched everywhere for the good buy. I think I will have to bite the bullet and spend extra money or mooch off my friends place who has an extra slip but then I have to here how wonderful his 33' Daytona Donzi is. I need to find a place or buy a Donzi. Find a place!!!!
