Manufacturer's Capacity Plate

One of Illinois boating laws require a Manufacturer's Capacity Plate. My Baja is missing this plate and would like to get one from Baja. Is this possible and whom do I contact at Baja....Thanks, Guys......:tiphat

Mine is missing as well, got a ton of grief from the DNR last year because I put "OR" (Owners Responsibility instead of the person capacity) on the side of the boat. I still think I'm OK w/the "OR" but the plate would be nice to have in the boat.
