Just thought I would say Whassup!. New to the board and figured I would give a little info about myself.

Hi my names Matt and I have an addiction to boating. I figured I have come to the right place since I think everyone else is and I have baja running though my veins.

I'm 28 yrs old and not married, no kids that I know off, etc etc. Live in Southern IL. I have a '88 Islander 180 with a 3.0L 4 cyl. This is the first boat I have owned personelly but have been around boats and bajas all my life. Grew up on an earlys Baja fish and ski. When my dad got back into boating a few years ago, it was on a 25 OL before he moved on to a couple of cats and 42 fountain. My cousins also have a 342.

Boat mostly on Kentucky Lake. It has a lot of Bajas on it. Probably 2 to 1 versus other performance boats. Now that I have my own, I can be found more often on Rend Lake in Southern IL and the Ohio River at Mt. Vernon, IN.

Baja's are an awesome drug..that first Baja will ultimately lead to a bigger one, then one with 2 engines..and a bigger one yet, and then one with tripple engines..40 Outlaw..see where this is going? :D

I love my 25 Outlaw but I really want something with two blue bigblocks under the hatch...:party

I hear ya on the bigger. I haven't even splashed this boat yet and I am already looking to upgrade. I would like to move up to a 22-24 fter next spring. Really want a 24 OL, but would take a 240. Probably going to be along the lines of a Force 220 or older 20 OL.

There is a 200 Sunsport in the paper right now and if I can get what I think I can get out of mine, I would only need about 2K..... UUUUUMMMMMMMM..........

Think anybody would notice if I painted a 4cyl blue. I could always say I paid for half of it and waiting on the cash for the other half.

Thanks for getting my membership stuff to me so quick. I wasn't even sure if my order had gone though. I was really stoked to find it in the mail today. I grab the stickers and ran right out and put them on my boat. Just not sure where on the truck its going. Haven't got all the stickers for the truck laid out yet.

Rend Lake....is it still a great fishing lake, played golf instead of fishing last time I was there.
