That's one way to dry store your boat. Crazy Fountain owners:headspin

Won't these Fountain owners ever learn? The beak won't fly!
Except on Travis, that blow over last weekend at the Poker Run was bad. Good thing our Baja brothers were there to save their day. Great work guys. :D

That's quite a spear.
Two were in the boat, both okay.
This is the second boat the owner/driver launched into the woods. You would think he'd learn after the first one.

Daze,
Is that true? Would love to hear more on that. As they say, more money than brains.

This happened on Hartwell which is the lake that I boat on. It is correct this is his second totaled boat in as many years. Last year he totaled a 32 Fountain Fever, and then this year it was a 42 Fountain Lightning. So in the last two years he has destroyed about $450k worth of boat. I try to stay out of that area of the lake as long as he still lives there. This was a case of driver area no doubt about it, and if they had been wearing the kill switch it probably would not have happened. I have started being more safety concious myself. There has been a lot of discussion lately about the stepped hulls and there need for a experienced driver. In the area where this happened it is very populated, so they were lucky no one was on the shore.
