BAJA® STEALS THE SHOW WITH NEW 30 OUTLAW™

BUCYRUS, Ohio (February 13, 2003)—Once again Baja steals the performance scene with theintroduction of the hot new 30 Outlaw™. Designed for those who want to go fast while looking great, the 30 Outlaw features classic offshore styling with sizzling four-color in-gel graphics, flat transom and deck -- plus standard twin MerCruiser 6.2L MPIs for plenty of power.

As with every Baja performance boat, the new 30 Outlaw was designed for speed — from wind tunnel testing at the University of Michigan to reduce drag to finite element analysis, which identifies high-stress areas in the hull to help reduce its weight and increase its strength. The deep-V hull with a 24-degree deadrise makes easy work of even the toughest chop, while a standard Delta Pad ensures planing efficiency and fuel economy. It all adds up to amazing performance and exceptional handling.

In the cockpit, two custom cuddy seats with drop-down bolsters allow the captain and a guest to enjoy the ride
sitting or standing. Family and friends can relax on the comfortable aft bench seator stretch out on the large sun
pad. There’ s plenty of storage space in the side panels and beneath the aft bench, so the 30 Outlaw can handle
anything you bring on board. And with a standard six speakerAM/FM Clarion CD stereo system, you can orchestrate
your day with state-of-the-art sound. You can also add an optional woofer, amplifier, and cockpit remote to pound the sound even more.

Ease of operation is the main objective of the helm layout. Large-face gauges, split shifters and throttle, custom-tilt steering wheel, power steering, and more allow you to shred the waves with complete confidence.

For easy access to the engines, the motor lid has an electric lift. The 30 Outlaw has an abundance of quality features like large K-Planes, split bow lights, power stern light, anchor and rope locker, and a fiberglass floor liner with textured surface for sure footing.

A hideaway door slides under the dash to reveal a comfortable cabin with opposing couches and V-berth. Storage
space is plentiful under the couch seating and V-berth.The cabin also houses a fully enclosed private head with fiberglass base and standard porta-potti. For even more comfort,an optional galley can be added.

A long list of options, ranging from awesome Boss graphics to an SST package to mighty twin MerCruiser 525 EFIs, lets you outfit the new 30 Outlaw to suit your style. For speed, performance, and superb handling, this is one Outlaw you’ll definitely want to catch — the new 30 Outlaw from Baja.
