Since I trailer mine, I usually fill up at the gas station on the way to the ramp. Average price for regular is around $1.60 a gallon. On the water last year price rose around $2.00 to $2.25 a gallon. This year they are talking about prices getting close to $3.00 a gallon on the water. Thank god I don't have my 35 footer any more.

On Lake Texoma, right now for 93 octane is anywhere from 1.89 to 2.10 depending on which marina.

You all have no idea how lucky you are.
I haven't seen gas prices under 2.25 on the water in a long time. I expect this years marine gas to be somewhere in the ballpark of 2.85 -- 3.00.
I'm already paying 1.90 on dry land.
And all those prices are for regular 89 octane.:beathead

Last weekend while filling up a few of the boats we took to the boat show, I noticed 89 octane was $2.14. I noticed here in town yesterday the gas prices on land went from $1.63 to $1.76, which only means the prices on the lake are about to skyrocket >:

It will sure cut down on the trips to large richards this summer. We use to take a nice long ride just to burn some gas and go for a nice drive. It will affect everyone.

In NY gas is 1.97 for 89 Octane. Rumors are the river prices will be over $3.00. I think many people will be hanging at the docks more this year.

I have to drive 90 miles to work ONE WAY each day.....this will certainly dig into my boat gas fund...

My dad was just complaining - so they can't be good. I know he tries to fill up some cans at the regular pumps in town, but its a PITA to carry all of those to the dock/fill up. Takes a LOT of trips.

This will be the first weekend we're able to go out this year - I can't wait!!

Well it is about time. Finally, now that the election is over, we are getting back to normal.

On my way home from work tonight, saw gas around town was at $1.499. Never thought I would be happy to see gas at a buck and a half a gallon but after this summer I will take it. It's a start, but they still have a long way to go to make it right in my book.

They just showed a story on the local news last night. KC, MO is 8 cents ABOVE the national average. WTF!!!! We are usually about 30 cents under.

Everybody went to $2.05 this week in the Kansas City area. Chigaco which is typically the highest in the nation is only at $2.03 avg. They showed the average price in NY at $2.07.

Usually when places like that are over 2 bucks we are down around 1.49. I am feeling gouged!!!

I feel your pain. Regular gas is about $1.90 here and I filled up my diesel last night at $2.05 a gallon. I can't wait to fill up the boat this summer. :spineyes

Last Friday gas jumped 18 cents/gallon here. I was lucky and found a gas station that hadn't changed yet. $1.87 and of course my tank was almost full.

One town I buy 1.94.

Town I work in 2.03.

We are usually cheaper than the national average too. Seems like lately we are closer to it now.
