Is that compatable with the ho or just the standard 496

This kit is for a HO or a Mag.

Why did you take it off your boat, and how much does it take to buy it.

I never installed it on my boat, it came off a friends 2002 Baja 275, this kit is complete except for the power steering pump, I have verified everything down to the nut and bolt. Kit normally gains about 7-10 mph.
