Keith, I run on Lake Conroe too! Look for my 25 Outlaw, GottaHaveIt. It's in a boathouse on the water under a
purple full length cover. Cape Conroe is the subdivision.
Go past the Del Lago condo high rise (when in the boat)
and I'm about 1/2 mile past it on the left right next to the boat ramp. There's a sign on the boathouse that says
"Baja Parking Only". :)
Welcome aboard!

Thanks for the info Chris. Very familiar with the area. In fact have used Cape Conroe ramp many times. Sister lives in Cape. I'm easy to find. I keep the boat at Del Lago. I also have a house boat there. F-dock. Where the "party" is. Look for us there. I'll keep my eye open for ya. Hopefully will be there next weekend. For sure April 12 weekend. I guess you had a good view of the "castle" burning in Del Lago?

Oh yeah. Heard the sirens. They kept coming so we knew something was up. I looked out the window and sure enough I could see smoke illiminated by the flames. Couldn't see the house directly because Del Lago Estates peninsula sticks out between us and that house. I could tell that it was a huge fire. The smoke got so bad at my house I had to close the windows. When I got up at 4am to get ready for work it was still burning and the smoke was heavy when I left for work.

I know the Chief of Montgomery and many of the firefighters. I've been watching that house being built with amazement. Hey, what the heck you doing on the computer? Its a great day out there. You should be cruising Papa's. Wish i could be, but duty calls.

Ha! Right after I did the above post I did just that. Took my 25 Outlaw out for a good run. Lots of Bajas out today! I got a few of the membership cards passed out too. Now to see how many check in!
