It's here. Well, begins this afternoon for me and wife. Heading to Lake Conroe to the houseboat in just a little. For all out there from Lake Winn... in N.H. to Loto in Missouri to Lake Havasu in Arizona and all the other great lakes and watering holes around the nation, everyone have a great time and remember there's nothing better than being on the water in a BAJA. Happy Bajaing and remember to tip your glass for all the great people on this forum. Thanks Blake and all the members for a great website. See ya'll next week.

Boo Hooo! We will be having rain for the entire weekend! And I took today and tomorrow off!
Hopefully everyone else WILL have a great weekend!
Bruce:
Gaffrig/Livorsi has given me the part numbers for a GPS speedo that fits the same cutout as our "Monster" liquid filled mechanical speedos. They can vary the color of the trim ring to match yours exactly. This is a "Monster" GPS - but not liquid filled. The dials look VERY similar, but the gradations start at zero. I've ordered one - tired of plugged speedo lines. Let me know if you're interested.

Bruce:
Look at this page on the Livorsi Website. Have it handy when you talk with Livorsi.
Gaffrig / Livorsi Web Catalog - GPS Speedos (http://www.livorsi.com/cat_gps.php)
I started by getting a picture of my gauges, and then e-mailed Chris Colburn at Baja (chris.colburn@bajamarine.com) to get the correct Livorsi part number for my existing gauge. You'll probably need to do both these things to help Livorsi narrow it down. He told me that there were two installed in my year and make boat, and provided the Livorsi PNs. I took this info and e-mailed it to Livorsi.
The man to talk to is Ed Manion at Livorsi. 847-548-5900 x217. You'll want to e-mail him a digital picture of your dash. I e-mailed info@livorsi.com and put "Attn: Ed" in the "Re:" line. He got them all.
My part number was LMGPS100K1W3003R. This is a kit with everything. But the P/N ALSO specifies the color of the trim ring. Hence I'm telling you DON'T just order my P/N!!!!
Ed was great. He took me to the web site and we looked at pictures until I got the gauge I wanted. They come in multiple sizes, colors, trim ring and speed gradation combinations.
When we were done, Ed said "If this one isn't right, just pop it back to me and we'll switch it." He then went on to explain that if I cared to have a switch like my hatch switch (when you release it, it pops up again) in one of the unused accessory spots I could wire the button to that and not need to drill any holes for the button that comes with the kit.
I gave him a credit card number and a mailing address and Bada bing - DONE!

Well i hope everyones Memorial day Weekend went better than here in the Northeast. We had rain with wind and then some cloudy and windy rainy days. Great weekend........YA!
I did manage to get out on the boat inbetween the rain on sunday. I was greeted with 6 to 8+ seas and some northeast wind (not good for my part of the atlantic) Oh....did i mention that it was in the 50's all weekend too???
The boat ran great..........i did find out that it fly's straight and lands well. LOL. Its got great mid range punch and is very predictable in the chop. We were going to do some fishing but even they left for the weekend too!
Well better luck next week........although the weather forcast doesnt look promising for this week either!
So .............. we wait.......some more!
