Just reading about the crash last year.
Well almost the same set of circumstances on this one too. Thank God no deaths to report. Also involves a Baja and the other boat with no lights on....Man what are these people thinking. The Baja, a 252 T-bones the smaller runabout who admites he had no lights on...or atleast that is the rumor. Happened here in East Tennessee. The Water Patrol has impounded the Baja and last I heard the boat was still being held. It is said to involve alcohol as well. I post this only as a reminder to please be safe out on the water. I boat at night as the place we go is a good 12 miles away..I see fools flying low in total darkness and just shake my head...Each time a Baja is involved, I catch hell from people saying "see I told you so". We don't have to be at fault, we just happen to be blamed because of the boat we drive.
